Prayer Points on Open Heaven
Pastor E. A. Adeboye did not write these prayer points, by one of his numerous disciples, for Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, about 5 years ago, (effective January 1st, 2015), to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional, authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
Prayer Points on Open Heaven 31 January 2025
1. Father, I thank you for the gift of your Word. I desire to know you more deeply through it in Jesus’ name.
2. Father, please cultivate in me a hunger for your truth and a consistent desire to spend time in your presence daily, in Jesus’ name.
3. Father, I confess that sometimes I struggle with discipline and making time for Bible study. Please forgive me for the times I’ve prioritized other things over your Word, in Jesus’ name.
4. Father, your Word is truth, but sometimes I find it difficult to understand. I ask for the Holy Spirit to illuminate the Scriptures for me, to open my eyes to the wonders of your law, and to grant me wisdom and discernment as I read, in Jesus’ name.

5. Father, I pray that your Word would not just be information to me, but transformation. Help me to not only understand your Word but to live it out, allowing it to shape my thoughts, actions, and character, in Jesus’ name.
6. Father, I don’t want to be just a hearer of the Word, but a doer. As I study, please show me how to apply your truths to my life, my relationships, my work, and every area of my being, in Jesus’ name.
7. Father, I pray that my time in your Word would produce fruit in my life: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control, in Jesus’ name.
8. Father, help me to be consistent in my Bible study. Even when I’m busy or tired, please remind me of the importance of spending time with you and nourish my soul with your Word, in Jesus’ name.

9. Father, I thank you for the power of your Word to change lives. I commit to spending time in it daily, trusting that you will equip me for all that you have called me to do, in Jesus’ name.
10. Father, I thank you for the gift of your Word, which is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path, in Jesus’ name.
11. Father, I confess that I often rely on my own understanding and make decisions based on my limited perspective. I ask for your forgiveness and pray for a humble and teachable spirit, in Jesus’ name
12. Father, thank You for helping Your son, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye in all areas of life. Please help him to remain fervent in spirit, serving You and help him healthy; bless his ministry, home, and family (biological and spiritual), and help them to remain a shining light forever, in Jesus name.

13. Lord, all those who have been rebroadcasting these prayers and declarations, give them the grace to keep up with this good work of Faith, in the name of Jesus.
14. By faith, appreciate God for answered prayers. Your testimonies are undeniable in Jesus’ name.
15. Father, let every challenge, hindrance, and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and daily be removed, in Jesus’ name.
16. Submit yourself and your petitions to God. Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
