Prayer Points on Open Heaven
Pastor E. A. Adeboye did not write these prayer points, by one of his numerous disciples, for Christ, who was inspired and mandated by the Holy Spirit, about 5 years ago, (effective January 1st, 2015), to start writing these prayer points, based on the Open Heavens Daily Devotional, authored by Pastor E. A. Adeboye.
Prayer Points on Open Heaven 17 April 2025
1.Father, I confess that I often try to take control and manipulate situations instead of fully trusting in Your perfect plan. Forgive me for the times I’ve tried to “help” You, in Jesus’ name.
2. Father, grant me the grace to truly believe that Your ways are higher than my ways and Your thoughts higher than my thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). Help me to rest in this truth, in Jesus’ name.
3. Father, I pray for a spirit of complete surrender. Teach me to release my need to control outcomes and instead place my full confidence in Your wisdom and power, in Jesus’ name.
4. Father, give me the patience to wait for Your perfect timing. Help me not to rush ahead or try to force things to happen according to my limited understanding, in Jesus’ name.

5. Father, strengthen my faith so that I can stand firm and see Your salvation, knowing that You are working behind the scenes even when I don’t see it (Exodus 14:13-14), in Jesus’ name.
6. Father, grant me the discernment to know when to act and when to be still. Help me to distinguish between Your leading and my own anxious striving, in Jesus’ name.
7. Father, give me wisdom to understand that my attempts to “help” You might actually hinder Your perfect work in my life and the lives of others, in Jesus’ name.
8. Father, help me to recognize and resist the temptation to take matters into my own hands out of fear or impatience, in Jesus’ name.

9. Father, guide me by Your Holy Spirit so that my actions align with Your will and do not obstruct the blessings You intend
for me, in Jesus’ name.
10. Father, help me to cultivate a spirit of humility, acknowledging my dependence on You for all things, in Jesus’ name.
11. Father, remind me that You are the Master Builder, and my role is to follow Your blueprint, not to create my own., in Jesus’ name.
12. Father, break any pride within me that makes me think I know better than You or that I need to intervene in Your divine plan, in Jesus’ name.

13. Father, teach me the beauty of waiting on You and witnessing Your mighty acts unfold in Your perfect way, In Jesus’ name.
14. Father, if I have unknowingly hindered Your work in any area of my life by trying to help You, I ask for Your forgiveness and pray for restoration, In Jesus’ name.
15. Lord, all those who have been rebroadcasting these prayers and declarations, give them the grace to keep up with this good work of Faith, in the name of Jesus.
16. By faith, appreciate God for answered prayers. Your testimonies are undeniable in Jesus’ name.
17. Father, let every challenge, hindrance, and obstacle of getting these prayer points across to Your children, timely, and on a daily basis be removed, in Jesus’ name.
18. Submit yourself and your personal petitions to God. Cast all your cares on Him, for He cares for you.
