TOPIC: These Sign Shall Follow Believers (III)

16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.
MFM Daily Devotional 3 March 2022 MESSAGE
Today, we will continue our discourse on the signs that shall follow believers. When you receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, God will give you another language, which is heavenly, by which you can sing, talk to Him and pray. This language is incomprehensible to satan and his cohorts, neither can they withstand its potency.
Another one of these signs is driving out demons. Acts 5:15-16 reveals that the sick were brought into the streets on beds and the shadow of Peter healed them. Even people that were oppressed with unclean spirits were all healed. This second sign is also a tool for evangelism through which all who experience the power of God will not only be healed, but their problems will be solved. They will end up in the worship of the Lord. Also unbelievers who witness their healing and deliverance will be converted. This is what only God can do!
God expects that you and I should receive these signs and begin to do exploit for His kingdom. In the apostolic era, Christians were so filled and overflowing with God’s presence through the Holy Spirit that God’s miraculous power was with them wherever they went, to the extent that direct and indirect contact with them brought miracles and healing from God.
The Bible made us to understand also that the supernatural power of God moved through Paul the apostle in an unusual way, such that people received healing and deliverance from satanic oppression: “So that from his body were brought into the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them” (Acts 19:12)
In Acts 8, the Bible provides an account of Phillip’s spectacular ministry in Samaria. All these were manifestations of God’s presence brought down supernaturally amongst men, through ordinary human beings who had no power in themselves, but became divine points of contact, through their faith in Christ Jesus.
Dear reader, do you believe in the Son of God? Have you given your life to Him? He is waiting for you. You can do the same works He did, even greater works through His Spirit and power in you.

- Power forsigns and wonders, fall upon me now, in the name of Jesus.
- Anything in my life that resists the Holy Spirit, come out, die, in the name of Jesus.
- Cloud of darkness gathering in my heavens, clear away by fire, in the name of Jesus.

- Power to do exploits for the kingdom of God, fall upon me, in the name of Jesus.
- Serpent and scorpion in my foundation, die, in the name of Jesus.
- Thou fire of God, enter into my foundation, in the name of Jesus.
- Any evil hand pressing down my head, wither, in the name of Jesus.
